My doctor also didnt like the keto diet, because I would never have to see him except for bloodwork. When I did he couldnt believe how at over 15 years his senior,all my vitals and hormones were much better than his. My testosterone was over 100 points above his, my glucose was lower, my hdl was better, overall much healthier. He even asked me for advice.

The downside of diets like keto is that it unplugs you from the matrix that makes you think you need to eat 3-5 meals a day (bad science, and anthropologically incorrect) , it makes you stop spending all your time thinking about eating and snacking all day. Its a terrible diet for doctors, junk food companies, hospitals, pharma, big sugar, all lobby groups, and every other company that builds their business by trading on the health of the uninformed public.
